Acklam Grange School was facing a time‑consuming challenge managing behaviour and creating effective seating plans across a large roll (about 1,400 students). They adopted Class Charts’ digital seating plan and behaviour‑scoring tools, including built‑in AI, to capture contextual data (seat location, neighbours, time) and streamline recording of effort and behaviour.

Class Charts provided dynamic seating plans, quick re‑ordering and clustering tools and AI analysis that flags risky seating combinations and supports targeted interventions. The school reported major time savings and richer behaviour data, and saw exclusions fall from roughly four per week eighteen months ago to just two so far this year.
