Case Study: Nvidia achieves flexible open-office collaboration with Clarus mobile glassboards

Nvidia, a leading developer of artificial intelligence, needed a way to keep its rapidly growing global office spaces open, creative, and flexible while still providing writable surfaces and privacy screens. Nvidia worked with Clarus and its go! Mobile glassboard product to address the challenge of designing large open-plan offices with short cubicle walls and mobile divider functionality.

Clarus created a custom version of the go! Mobile glassboard with a modified base that could slide between desk systems, turning each unit into a movable privacy screen. Clarus also matched the frames to Nvidia’s Haworth cubicles and developed a custom “saddle tray” for shared access to markers and cleaners. The result was more than 2,000 custom-sized go! Mobiles deployed across Nvidia facilities worldwide, including its flagship Endeavor site in Northern California.
