Bishopsgate Specialist Logistics, a multi-site warehousing and distribution provider, faced significant challenges scaling its operations across five depots. To overcome these constraints, Bishopsgate partnered with vendor Clarus WMS to implement its cloud-based warehouse management system.

Clarus WMS implemented a staged, multi-site rollout of its solution, deploying advanced functionality like paperless picking, GS1 barcode compatibility, and customer portals with role-based access. The solution integrated seamlessly with Bishopsgate's existing Transportation Management System (TMS). While specific metrics are future-state, the implementation is designed to optimize pick, pack, and dispatch processes, achieve full digitization, and provide scalable performance for 60-70 users, setting a new standard for efficiency and transparency.
