Fedex Return Saver Promotion Empowered Customers to Make More Frequent Purchases

FedEx, the global logistics leader, wanted to be the first logistics provider to offer an unlimited returns promotion that would give customers more confidence to buy online and strengthen awareness of the FedEx brand. To bring this consumer-facing offer to market, FedEx partnered with Clarus Commerce to build and power the promotion.

Clarus Commerce launched Return Saver powered by FedEx, a paid annual membership that let shoppers print return labels for eligible packages and return purchases from online retailers in the contiguous U.S. for free. The program helped remove return-cost concerns for shoppers and saved retailers return shipping expenses, with members averaging 14 returns in their first year and shopping more confidently thanks to the unlimited return benefit.
