Bob’s Stores, a leading apparel, footwear, and sporting goods retailer owned by SportsDirect, wanted to boost shopping frequency and average order value by adding a premium loyalty tier to its existing free program. The company needed a solution that could support a new financial model, member billing, CRM integration, and a seamless online and in-store brand experience, all before the holiday season. Clarus Commerce worked with Bob’s Stores to design and launch a custom omnichannel premium loyalty program, including benefit modeling, membership fee structure, product design, technical integrations, acquisition strategy, and associate training. The program launched in just 90 days and included perks like free shipping, rewards points, double-points events, and early sales access. As a result, Bob’s Stores was able to offer a high-value premium tier in time for holiday shopping, with the goal of increasing repeat visits and higher-value purchases.
