Provincial Health Services Authority and Fraser Health Authority Boost Cybersecurity Processes and Compliance with Claroty xDome

Provincial Health Services Authority and Fraser Health Authority, two major Canadian health systems in British Columbia, needed a better way to manage cybersecurity across a vast environment of medical, IoT, and OT assets. Their teams were relying on manual tracking processes that created data discrepancies, left visibility gaps, and complicated audit readiness, especially around medical device inventory, network segmentation, and vulnerability management.

To address these issues, PHSA and FHA implemented Claroty xDome for Healthcare from Claroty to automate device discovery, improve risk visibility, and strengthen compliance workflows. Claroty helped them identify and track devices more accurately across 127 sites, uncover misconfigurations and segmentation gaps, and support audit response with stronger governance; the organizations also reported improved visibility across more than 70,000 managed workstations and continued expansion of their security program with enhanced incident response and network protection.
