Enhancing Global Cybersecurity in the Food Industry with Claroty xDome at Marfrig

Marfrig, the world’s largest hamburger producer and a leading player in the global beef market, needed to address complex cybersecurity challenges across its global operations. With a highly heterogeneous OT environment made up of assets from multiple suppliers, unique architectures, obsolete systems, and incompatible operating systems, the company turned to Claroty and its xDome platform to strengthen protection for its cyber-physical systems.

Claroty implemented xDome, a cloud-based SaaS solution built on AWS, to provide Marfrig with real-time visibility into assets, vulnerabilities, and risks across its OT environment. The result was improved threat detection and response across 19 facilities, better integration with existing IT tools such as SentinelOne, and stronger operational efficiency and scalability as Marfrig continues its global growth.
