Xeretec Ltd, a 250‑employee UK managed print services and digital print technology provider and Xerox’s largest UK Managed Print Service partner, needed an intranet to improve internal communications, secure document storage and collaboration. In 2015 they engaged Claromentis and trialled its Intranet Software and Business Process Management via a Proof of Concept to see how the platform could be tailored to their business.

Claromentis delivered a PoC intranet environment and implemented critical apps—Document Management System, News application and People directory—giving Xeretec Ltd a secure, central hub for documents, company news and idea sharing. The Claromentis solution provided enterprise‑level document storage and noticeably improved internal communication across Xeretec’s 250 staff, validating the platform for wider adoption.
