SeriousFun Children’s Network, a charity running 30 camps and programs worldwide with about 570 employees, needed a virtual community to connect global staff, centralise documents and resources, and give teams one place to share information and best practices. To solve this they engaged Claromentis for an intranet solution, using its collaboration and corporate social networking tools, the Pages intranet builder/content management system, and a document management system.

Claromentis implemented a branded intranet — the “Funtranet” — providing desktop and mobile access to collaboration tools, easy page-building via Pages, and a central document library; the collaboration app became the most popular feature and staff across all 30 camps now use the platform to share agendas, notes and practices. The outcome is a single virtual community that improved global connectivity and resource access for SeriousFun Children’s Network, with Claromentis supporting their intranet needs since 2016.
