Just IT, a 100‑employee recruitment and training specialist in the IT sector, needed a central intranet hub to manage key company information, apprenticeship documentation and staff communications. Since 2015 they have worked with Claromentis, using its Intranet Software and Business Process Management capabilities to replace ad‑hoc file sharing and bring consistency to client paperwork and internal processes.

Claromentis implemented a version‑controlled Document Management System, the Policy Manager module, social collaboration tools and a Holiday Planner, enabling Just IT to store and distribute important documents, track policy reads/approvals and boost internal engagement.
