Hanover, one of the UK’s leading providers of retirement housing with about 900 employees and responsibility for just under 19,000 properties across more than 600 estates, needed a user-friendly way for staff to access up-to-date information about colleagues, teams, estates and internal processes. Since 2009 Hanover engaged Claromentis, using its Intranet Software, Business Process Management and bespoke development services to meet these needs.

Claromentis deployed its Intranet platform (including intranet search, e-forms, organisation chart and calendar) and used its API to build a bespoke web-front database for Hanover’s 60 Extra Care housing estates. The Claromentis solution increased efficiency, improved access to policies and procedures and made site-based information far more available across the organisation, earning positive feedback from Hanover’s project team.
