Accessory Exchange New York (AENY) is a retail supplier of leather goods, handbags and luggage with around 100 employees and offices in New York and Hong Kong. Needing a way to facilitate real-time communication and coordinate design-to-manufacturing workflows across time zones, AENY turned to Claromentis and its Intranet Software and Business Process Management services (supported by the Claromentis North America team) as a central hub for collaboration. AENY has used Claromentis since 2013 to unify international teams and streamline internal communications.

Claromentis implemented a suite of apps and services — including Idea Spaces, Info Capture, Knowledge Base, Document Management System, Calendar, social project management, news feed and image gallery — and provided training and adoption support through the Claromentis North America team. The Claromentis platform improved stakeholder communication, streamlined purchase-order and regular business processes, reduced emails, and enabled faster turnaround on requests between the New York and Hong Kong offices, giving AENY noticeably quicker workflows and better cross‑office coordination.
