The Central Bank of The Bahamas, the country’s principal financial institution with around 300 employees, needed an intranet that would encourage learning and collaboration across the organisation. Claromentis was engaged to deliver its intranet software, Learning Management System and bespoke development to create a centralised, tailored information hub that met the bank’s specific needs.

Claromentis implemented its standard intranet platform with bespoke page templates plus the LMS and core apps (Calendar, Document Management, News, Image Gallery), producing a user‑friendly, stylish portal that centralises corporate information and fosters collaboration. The solution has become the Bank’s central hub for organisational content and learning (customer since 2015), with staff praising the LMS—“an excellent tool that fosters learning and collaboration”—and clear improvements in information access and engagement across the organisation.
