Tillamook County Library, a county-wide public library system in Oregon serving tens of thousands of residents, needed a modern, bilingual (English/Spanish), mobile-first website to manage events, class and room registrations, a searchable catalog, and multiple branch/bookmobile locations while serving roughly 50% of visitors on tablets and phones. Clarity was engaged to redesign and rebuild the site, leveraging DNN’s Evoq CMS and a custom mobile‑responsive template.
Clarity delivered a responsive DNN/Evoq site built with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and custom DNN modules for events, registrations, catalog search, locations, live chat and library-card signups. The new multi‑lingual site provides tailored experiences for kids, teens and adults, enables online reservations and registrations, and gives consistent access to the roughly 50% mobile audience—streamlining service for tens of thousands of community members and increasing online self-service through card signups, class registrations and live chat.
