Sourcemark needed a more robust eCommerce platform to support multiple sites and applications, custom quoted pricing for medical products, vendor EDI connections, split and drop-shipping, role-based access, and a companion mobile app. They turned to Clarity and its eCommerce solution to unify this disparate environment and better serve different user groups like nurses and other buyers.

Clarity implemented a custom-designed storefront using Clarity eCommerce, with Clarity Connect for vendor integrations and a companion mobile application planned for Phase II. Clarity also replaced standard checkout with a quoting module, routed quotes to sales for review, and added bulk import tools for products, inventory, and pricing, giving Sourcemark a more scalable and extensible platform with improved quote handling and operational efficiency.
