Provance, a Microsoft Competency Partner (gold SAM, silver Volume Licensing), faced a dated website that didn’t reflect its Microsoft heritage, no online store, no automated lead capture into CRM/marketing systems, and no way to generate license keys in real time. Clarity was engaged to revamp their digital presence, using DNN Evoq for the CMS and Clarity eCommerce/Clarity Connect to deliver a modern, mobile‑responsive site and storefront.
Clarity implemented a mobile‑responsive DNN Evoq site, a Clarity eCommerce storefront, and integrations to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Marketo and a third‑party licensing tool to auto‑issue keys. The new site produced a steady new stream of leads automatically pushed into Marketo and Dynamics CRM, dramatically improved site performance and brand alignment, increased online sales, and contributed to Provance being acquired within a year of the launch.
