Prince Manufacturing (Prince Hydraulics) engaged Clarity when an attempted DotNetNuke (DNN) upgrade left their site with JavaScript and skin errors and they decided to refresh the site’s look and user experience. They needed DNN expertise (DNN Evoq) and a secure client portal so customers could order custom hydraulic pumps, check availability and monitor build progress.

Clarity rebuilt the site on DNN Evoq, created a secure login area, integrated the site with Infor’s Fourth Shift ERP using Clarity Connect to enable real-time inventory search, order submission and product build-status tracking, and deployed Clarity eCommerce for the product catalog along with mobile‑responsive design and new high‑res graphics. As a result, Clarity helped Prince Manufacturing vastly improve its online image and usability and extend its ability to process and monitor custom-build orders in real time to support planned growth.
