Montana Dept. of Commerce engaged Clarity to modernize its long‑running DNN site after years of third‑party upgrades left the template broken and non‑responsive. The State needed an up‑to‑date, mobile‑responsive custom template for the latest DNN Evoq and a clearer navigation and sitemap to manage hundreds of pages.
Clarity upgraded the site to the latest DNN Evoq, built a responsive custom template and navigation using NAVXP, Modernizr, HTML5/CSS3, and developed custom modules (including an easy background‑photo switcher) plus DNN modules for content features. As a result, Montana Dept. of Commerce can swap photos quickly, users find content more easily (reducing phone inquiries), and the site now displays consistently across devices, improving usability and content management.
