MeetingListings.com, an industry database built from 20+ years of Meetings Database Institute research, needed a partner to turn millions of meeting records into an easy-to-use online application that would let users find, purchase, and manage meeting lists while also tracking sales, auto-expiring access after 30 days, and pushing proactive updates. They engaged Clarity (using Clarity eCommerce™ on a DNN Evoq platform) to design and build that solution.
Clarity implemented a responsive UI and backend—leveraging Clarity eCommerce™, Evoq (DNN), MS SQL Server, Kendo, jQuery and Bootstrap—to make 150+ field records easily searchable, allow users to save queries, purchase and download subsets, and auto-expire listings. The new centralized platform shortened time-to-availability for imported meetings, increased repeat visits via saved search profiles, and enabled monetization of auto-expiring listings that had previously been given away, delivering clear operational efficiencies and new revenue opportunities for MeetingListings.com.
