Management Concepts, a long-standing provider of career development and human capital solutions for federal, state and local governments, faced a complex course-registration problem: their site only supported one student per course, relied on multiple back-office systems, and required manual handling of many government-specific edge cases (special‑needs, compliance, discounts for 5+ attendees) and payment/authorization hurdles. Clarity, a DNN and Microsoft partner, was brought in to redesign checkout and integrations using its eCommerce and Connect platforms on the DNN Evoq site.

Clarity performed a full discovery and built a new integrated checkout that links to Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics AX, adds single sign-on to Cornerstone LMS, and provides a PCI‑DSS compliant wallet for shared payment methods. The Clarity solution lets users schedule multiple registrants and multiple courses in one order, automates approvals for 5+ registrations, captures partially completed registrations for follow‑up, and enables sales reps to process and split orders in a single system—eliminating much manual work, reducing abandoned registrations, and enabling real‑time validation and notifications.
