Leon County Government of Florida, which serves about 300,000 residents across 63 departments, had an aging, non‑mobile‑responsive website that left nearly half of its visitors unable to use key services. They engaged Clarity to create a modern, mobile‑friendly site that could handle thousands of documents, departments, events and public-service workflows.

Clarity rebuilt the site on the DNN Evoq platform using HTML5/CSS3, Bootstrap, Modernizr, jQuery and Telerik controls, completing design and development within the county’s two‑month timeline and approved budget. The new mobile‑responsive site greatly improved navigation and search, restored access for nearly half of previously blocked mobile users, enabled online tasks like registering noise complaints and scheduling waste pickup, and led Leon County Government of Florida to return to Clarity to build its intranet.
