CPAmerica, a membership organization for Certified Public Accountants, needed a secure way to sync member data between its Microsoft Dynamics CRM system and its front-facing website. Before working with Clarity, the organization faced the challenge of avoiding manual data entry while still letting members access and update the information they needed.

Clarity implemented a two-way integration between MS Dynamics CRM and the DotNetNuke web platform using XRM web services, C#, jQuery, and JavaScript. Clarity also built custom modules such as an events system, member directory, locator map, and document-sharing library, enabling automatic updates between the website and CRM. The result was a more secure, user-friendly site where members could manage their information easily and CPAmerica could keep records current without manual overhead.
