BHPI approached Clarity because they were unhappy with their existing CMS, which felt clunky, outdated, and difficult to navigate. They also needed secure child portals, dynamic content, Active Directory integration, and better control over what different members and providers could see, along with a refreshed look and brand presentation.

Clarity implemented the DNN platform to support child portals and dynamic content, then built a custom SSO module integrated with BHPI’s Active Directory server. Clarity also created a custom Provider Finder with advanced search and delivered a clean, mobile-responsive redesign across three sites: the public-facing site, employee portal, and provider portal.
