Before Clariti, the city relied on a manual two-copy paper process, physically distributing permits and re-entering data into Excel, which created delays, paperwork, and inefficiencies.
With Clariti’s cloud-based permitting platform and Letters Engine, the City of Sterling centralized permits, complaints, contractor records, and reports in one system, enabling remote access, workflow automation, and easier data sharing across teams. Clariti helped the city improve transparency, reduce manual data entry, speed up permit searches and reporting, and maintain continuity during remote work, making the platform an integral part of daily operations for over 11 years.
