Tucci Lumber hits its business management out of the park using the FileMaker Platform

Tucci Lumber, founded by former pro ballplayer Pete Tucci, makes custom bats for more than 150 major‑league hitters. As the business grew, Tucci struggled to find packaged software that could match his unique manufacturing and order‑tracking needs, leaving production and inventory management inefficient and orders hard to locate.

Tucci teamed with Paradise Partners to build a custom app on the FileMaker Platform and moved operations to Macs and iPads. The solution uses QR codes and a FileMaker server to track each bat from lathe through painting and engraving, eliminating lost orders, improving inventory control, increasing production, and boosting customer satisfaction.
