The company required a user‑friendly solution that would give managers visibility into sales activity and forecasts across multiple years.

They deployed MobiPharma Pro, a custom FileMaker solution combining a back‑office PC module and an iPad app with offline access, synchronization, dashboards and reporting tools. The app sped up order capture and deliveries, reduced data errors, provided real‑time sales visibility and planning, and helped drive a 40% increase in laboratory sales between 2014 and 2015, with additional enhancements and in‑app invoicing planned.
