Exclusive Cars, a luxury car dealership in Vienna, Austria, needed a faster way to create highly customized sales contracts for Bentleys, Bugattis, and Lamborghinis. With sales spanning six countries, six currencies, and multiple tax structures, the team was spending days manually verifying line items and calculating totals, which slowed the sales process and risked errors. They worked with Claris and its Claris FileMaker platform to solve the challenge.

Claris, through a custom FileMaker solution built by 72solutions, created a centralized database and web-based app that captures every vehicle customization, automates pricing and tax calculations, and generates contracts in minutes. The result was a 400x reduction in sales-process time, cutting contract turnaround from about three days to minutes. The system also made it easy to launch new markets like Switzerland immediately and update new car models in about 15 minutes.
