Coca‑Cola Andina, a major Coca‑Cola bottler operating in Chile, Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay, faced slow, siloed IT project management despite using the Coke One methodology. Teams were relying on Excel, Word and MS Project, which created bottlenecks, miscommunication and reduced performance across the organization as projects grew in scale and complexity.

Working with MacPro Computer Consulting, Andina built Tracking on the FileMaker Platform and deployed it via FileMaker Server and WebDirect to centralize project data, standardize dashboards and support Coke One workflows. Implemented in three phases, the app enabled real‑time collaboration across four countries, doubled IT productivity in two years, increased concurrent large‑scale projects from eight to 15, improved visibility into risks and resources, and accelerated on‑time delivery.
