Claris fuels event management successes for the Net Gains Foundation

Net Gains Foundation, a nonprofit that brings together an international tennis community through events like Tennis Congress, needed a better way to manage complex event operations after the pandemic. The team was relying on multiple spreadsheets and siloed systems, making it hard to coordinate schedules, personalize attendee experiences, and let athletes and coaches interact directly with their data. With Claris FileMaker and help from Claris Partner Sounds Essential LLC, NGF looked to replace manual processes with a more connected, efficient system.

Claris and Sounds Essential LLC implemented a custom FileMaker app that consolidated event planning, automated matching and communications, and gave athletes, coaches, and volunteers real-time access to customized information. The solution cut tasks that once took hours down to minutes, reduced staff overhead, and improved coordination across hundreds of sessions. It also helped NGF run a major global Tennis Congress for 134 athletes and 50 coaches across 33 countries, generating more than $300,000 in revenue, with the next event expected to double in size.
