Building a winning fantasy football team on data, not luck

FantasyOmatic, founded by Chris Anthony, needed a better way to beat the odds in fantasy football by turning real-world data into more accurate player predictions. Using Claris FileMaker, the team built a custom app that combined AI and machine learning to generate weekly ratings and rest-of-season projections for its web service.

Claris helped FantasyOmatic modernize and scale its platform with native API integration and core ML features, enabling faster, more direct predictions from within the app. The results were strong: FantasyOmatic rose to 12th most accurate in 2012, reached the top 10 in 2019, and earned a top-five spot in 2020, gaining industry respect for its predictive accuracy and data-driven fantasy tools.
