Leading Global Pharmaceutical Company ran an asthma trial using centralized spirometry but saw large discrepancies between baseline and on-treatment measurements across sites, threatening data integrity and endpoint reliability. They partnered with Clario, deploying Clario Respiratory Solutions integrated with Enhanced Business Intelligence for Respiratory Trials to address the issue.

Clario implemented weekly custom reports and consolidated site performance trending to detect intra- and inter-visit FEV1 variability, flagging low-performing sites (37% of active sites graded C or lower, 24% of screened patients with out-of-range tests, 3% with high reversibility) and prompting targeted site holds, retraining and monitoring.
