UKROEd launches the National Rider Risk Awareness Course in April 2023 with Claremont

UKROEd, a not-for-profit organization managing road safety courses on behalf of the police, faced the challenge of branding and communicating a new course for riders of powered two-wheelers. They needed to engage a complex audience that included the police, trainers, and various stakeholders. Claremont was enlisted to help with this engagement and strategy work.

Claremont implemented a research-driven solution, beginning with naming the new course through testing and stakeholder interviews. They then used the OASIS framework to develop a comprehensive communications strategy, which included defining objectives, understanding audience motivators, and pre-testing the approach. This resulted in the successful launch of the National Rider Risk Awareness Course in April 2023.
