Institute for Defense Analyses headquarters secures 54 conference rooms with Clair Global

The Institute for Defense Analyses (IDA), a private non-profit corporation supporting U.S. security and science policy, required a state-of-the-art and completely secure audiovisual (AV) integration for its headquarters. This top-secret facility, which hosts meetings for various Department of Defense entities, needed to upgrade systems across numerous classified conference rooms, an auditorium, and a broadcast studio. Clair Global Integration (CGI) was selected to provide this operational AV solution for their sensitive environment.

Clair Global implemented a comprehensive AV systems integration across 54 conference rooms, 69 huddle rooms, an executive board room, an auditorium, and a production studio. A key part of the project involved working within top-secret SCIF spaces, for which Clair Global team members received top secret clearances. The vendor was responsible for providing all necessary equipment to get the new, fully operational system delivered, ensuring IDA's facility met its stringent security and operational requirements.
