How Claap Helped Libeo Run Efficient Design Reviews to Bring Everyone on the Same Page

Libeo, a cloud-based payments solution, nearly tripled in size in 2021, growing from 40 to 120 employees and making design alignment much harder as more teams and stakeholders got involved. The product design team was struggling to keep complex billing and multi-country product decisions consistent, and their weekly 30-minute reviews were no longer enough to cover all the details. They also found that sharing Figma prototypes in Slack was too hard for stakeholders to understand without full context.

To improve the process, Libeo adopted Claap for asynchronous design reviews, using recorded walkthroughs, annotations, and comments so stakeholders could review prototypes before meetings and focus live discussions on the most complex issues.
