Danaher, with five business segments and 50+ operating companies worldwide, needed to improve recruitment communications aimed at top MBA and undergraduate students. ckr interactive was engaged to translate Danaher’s Employer Value Proposition (EVP) into a strategic messaging framework and to develop targeted employer-brand assets (including a university landing page and Handshake card) to better reach campus talent.
ckr interactive implemented the messaging framework and produced a range of collateral informed by campus feedback and focus groups; those materials have raised awareness of Danaher’s scale and diversity and clearly communicate why MBAs and undergraduates should join. The work improved Danaher’s recruitment communications and increased campus awareness of the company’s opportunities, helping attract stronger candidate interest.
