Placement, an employment services company based in San Francisco, USA, helps jobseekers with resumes, cover letters, follow-up emails, interviews, and profile building. To make that process more collaborative, Placement needed a familiar, Google Docs-style editing experience that would let coaches and jobseekers work together in-house rather than relying on an external document system.

Placement implemented CKEditor 5 as a fully integrated collaboration-first editor across its platform, including asynchronous document collaboration, native chat, and a job search task manager.
