The brand wanted to increase its share of affiliate traffic and improve performance across its incentive publisher base.

CJ Affiliate used first-party CRM data and affiliate journey reporting to build publisher-specific strategies, extend the referral window from 14 to 30 days, and increase cashback/commission rates on high-performing products. These changes improved publisher motivation and visibility into true conversion value, helping RS Components achieve 291.7% year-over-year program growth, 91% month-over-month growth after the referral window change, and 61% market share versus its biggest competitor, while top incentive publishers improved by an average of 187%.
