Fortune 500 Retailer Drives Incremental Revenue using CJ Customer-Level Omni-Channel Insights

Fortune 500 Retailer was a well-established omnichannel brand with extensive digital and offline data but lacked a single-customer view to measure how digital activity drove in-store performance. To scale its affiliate program and uncover incremental revenue opportunities, the retailer partnered with CJ Affiliate and used the Affiliate Customer Insights solution to identify consumers across points of sale and analyze large volumes of historical transaction and customer data.

CJ Affiliate mapped customer profiles at a match rate in the high 70s, uncovered that 10% of subsequent orders from affiliate-referred customers occurred in-store, and helped design a targeted cross-channel in-store offer and publisher strategy. Those insights and the resulting campaign generated an annualized incremental revenue lift of $34M and delivered a 66% year‑over‑year increase in ROAS, while improving new-customer acquisition, profitability and retention.
