Dell, the global leader in PC and PC-related products, needed a stronger way to grow its India consumer affiliate program as part of a broader global platform consolidation. The company migrated its India-based program to CJ Affiliate to support full-funnel marketing and improve performance across sales, revenue, and traffic.
CJ Affiliate worked with Dell to onboard a diverse mix of publishers, extend the referral window from 3 days to 30 days, and expand into higher-value products like XPS and Alienware. The results were strong: compared with Q4 2020, Dell India Consumer saw units sold rise 1.2X in Q1 2021, 2.5X in Q2, and 2.9X in Q3; revenue increase 1.2X, 2.3X, and 2.8X; and clicks grow 1.7X, 4.4X, and 4.8X, while average order value increased 20% after adding premium products to the channel.
