League of Conservation Voters (LCV), an American environmental advocacy group, needed a better way to manage scattered and siloed data across its campaign and fundraising teams. With separate systems like NGP VAN, Catalist, and Salesforce, LCV struggled to track financial progress, membership growth, and other key metrics accurately. Civis Analytics helped address this challenge with the Civis Platform and Identity Resolution tools.

Civis Analytics built a centralized data warehouse for LCV to consolidate fundraising and marketing data, automate nightly imports and syncs, and link person-level records for better segmentation and deduplication. The result was a major improvement in data trust and operational efficiency, plus a 390 percentage point revenue increase over five years after adopting the platform, with LCV raising $140 million in 2021 versus $21 million in 2009.
