A CivicServe Case Study

Preview of the University City, Missouri Case Study

University City loads 35,000 parcels and 2,800 business contacts with CivicServe

University City, Missouri partnered with CivicServe to modernize its TIF-funded neighborhood revitalization efforts. The city faced the challenge of managing complex residential and commercial grant programs through fragmented, manual processes, which hindered transparent application tracking and cross-team collaboration for its Third Ward revitalization project.

Using CivicServe's Core Platform and its Business, Incentives, and Properties modules, the city implemented a unified system. This solution automated workflows, including a staged application process that reduced ineligible submissions. CivicServe provided the operational backbone to manage 2,800 business contacts and 35,000 parcels, giving the city a data foundation to efficiently reach residents and business owners and track every step of the grant process.
