Women's Worlds 2011 - Customer Case Study

Women's Worlds 2011, a nonprofit conference based in Ottawa, needed a multilingual online event registration system that supported English, French and Spanish, multiple custom questions, embedded payments, and the ability to import legacy payment data from Ubercart into a newly installed CiviCRM system. They selected CiviCRM for its flexible, translatable fields and custom form capabilities to meet these requirements.

Using CiviCRM (implemented by the Freeform Solutions team with Women's Worlds representatives), the project delivered three fully translated online registration forms with customizable fields, embedded payment options, and reporting that let staff identify participants by their responses. CiviCRM-enabled communications were also set up for program updates, and site reports and data import processes improved participant tracking and record accuracy.
