A CiviCRM Case Study
De Goede Woning is a Dutch social housing association that needed a central place to document tenant information and all related relationships (suppliers, government bodies, representatives) and to track actions and communications. They chose CiviCRM—initially as a prototyping tool—and implemented it (on their WordPress site) using core Civi activities and especially the CiviCase functionality to capture client data and process information that their financial system did not manage.
CiviCRM’s CiviCase and activities functionality, combined with integrations developed with EE-atWork, replaced numerous spreadsheets and provided a single, transparent client database that staff can access to see what’s happening and what actions were taken. The implementation of CiviCRM streamlined processes, improved organizational visibility and control over tenant cases, and consolidated previously dispersed information into one system.
