WaterISAC, a nonprofit that helps the U.S. water and wastewater sectors strengthen cybersecurity, recover from disasters, and improve preparedness, needed a more interactive website and a customizable self‑service membership dashboard with a searchable resource center to boost retention and member engagement. The project names CiviCRM as the vendor, integrated into the Drupal site to support membership management and content access controls.

CiviCRM delivered a self‑serve member dashboard with a spatially conscious layout and collapsible content sections plus a filterable resource center that organizes curated documents and obscures sensitive titles for non‑members while limiting members‑only visibility. The solution improved the user experience to drive active member engagement and retention, turning the resource center into a discoverable hub for both members and the public.
