Restoring The Foundations, a global ministry with over 200 teams, faced fragmented processes—tracking memberships and events in Excel spreadsheets, using multiple bulk-mail tools (MailChimp, VerticalResponse), and manually assembling reports. They adopted CiviCRM, integrated with their new WordPress site, to centralize membership, communications, and reporting and to replace labor-intensive, error-prone workflows.

Using CiviCRM (with the Mosaico extension and implementation/training support from Cividesk), Restoring The Foundations automated member signups and renewal reminders, moved all email campaigns into the CRM, simplified contact segmentation and online form workflows, and generated automated financial and membership reports. The change eliminated manual spreadsheet searches, produced professional responsive newsletters, sped up daily operations, and delivered timely reports directly to staff—dramatically improving efficiency and data accessibility.
