Providing a new Website and Donation System for the Keswick 2 Barrow Walk

Keswick to Barrow is a volunteer-run organisation that stages the annual 43-mile Keswick 2 Barrow Walk to raise money for local charities. They needed a new website and donation system to handle complex team sign-ups (teams up to 12), validate members, process event payments and enable individual fundraising pages. CiviCRM partner Northbridge Digital built the solution on Drupal using CiviCRM (including CiviEvent for registrations/payments).

CiviCRM implemented a Drupal-based CRM and lightweight website that issues unique six-digit member numbers, provides a dashboard for creating and managing multiple teams with validation, handles event payments via CiviEvent, and creates searchable individual donation pages and donor listings. The CiviCRM solution streamlined registration and fundraising, improved donor visibility and reporting, and supports the walk’s ability to raise hundreds of thousands of Pounds for local causes.
