The Fremantle Chamber of Commerce, a 500+ member non-profit business association in Fremantle, Australia, needed a CRM to centralize contacts, manage online membership and event registrations, track payments and reporting, and to import and clean scattered Excel and Outlook data. They selected CiviCRM, a web‑based open-source CRM geared to non-profits, to meet these needs.

CiviCRM was configured and populated (including import and cleanup of existing contacts) to provide a single repository, custom reports, online registration and payment handling, automated event and membership reminders, and website integration. The CiviCRM implementation—delivered with Sankhya Consultants—automated workflows and reporting, enabling the Chamber to save hundreds of hours on member and event administration, improve invoice tracking and reporting accuracy, and update website content directly from the CRM.
