A CiviCRM Case Study
The Academy for Conflict Transformation, which runs complex application-based training courses, was struggling to manage a rapidly growing number of course applications and to keep track of status and history across multiple staff members. The organisation was already using CiviCRM, and the project focused on applying its CiviCase functionality to address these process and workflow challenges.
Using CiviCRM’s CiviCase, the vendor helped the Academy clarify and standardize business processes and map chains of activities so tasks could be assigned and handed over reliably between staff. As a result, application processes became transparent, monitorable in real time, and once again efficient and reliable—staff can now immediately spot their cases and tasks and the organisation can handle higher application volumes effectively.
