Together Trust, a UK charity delivering more than 40 specialist care, support and education services, struggled with fragmented data across multiple systems and widely varying stakeholder reporting needs. To centralize information while preserving service-specific workflows and integrate with its Drupal website, Together Trust selected CiviCRM (with implementation support from GMCVO Databases) as the flexible CRM solution.
CiviCRM was configured with bespoke web referral forms, Drupal integration, events, mailing and reporting modules, strict role-based permissions and targeted staff training by GMCVO Databases. The implementation centralized data capture, reduced duplication, standardized reporting (producing service-specific reports in two standard formats and enabling quarterly KPI monitoring), improved event management and e‑marketing, and achieved strong staff adoption within 12 months — delivering measurable operational efficiency and supporting the organisation’s Sustainability and Growth Plan.
