Together Trust, a UK charity delivering more than 40 specialist care, support and education services, struggled with fragmented data across multiple systems and widely varying stakeholder reporting needs. To centralize information while preserving service-specific workflows and integrate with its Drupal website, Together Trust selected CiviCRM (with implementation support from GMCVO Databases) as the flexible CRM solution.

CiviCRM was configured with bespoke web referral forms, Drupal integration, events, mailing and reporting modules, strict role-based permissions and targeted staff training by GMCVO Databases.
