Chinmaya Mission of Los Angeles sought a better way to manage a large and active community—tracking contacts, memberships, event registrations and donations to support its programs in Vedanta education and community service. Using CiviCRM’s Contacts, Contributions and Events features (and integrating Fanggle’s FundJoy for donations), Chinmaya Mission of Los Angeles can now organize registrations and memberships, track incoming funding and manage community fundraisers in one system. CiviCRM enabled clearer recordkeeping and streamlined event and donation workflows, improving the temple’s ability to manage contributors and program logistics.
